**Job Title: Site Supervisor – Façade and Aluminum** **Must have Driving license** **Location:** **Doha, Qatar** **Job Description:** **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor specializing in façade and aluminum to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations on\-site, ensuring that façade and aluminum projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * **On\-Site Management:** Supervise all on\-site activities related to façade and aluminum installations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. * **Team Supervision:** Lead and manage on\-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. * **Quality Assurance:** Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the required specifications and industry standards. * **Health \& Safety:** Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on\-site, conducting regular inspections and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment. * **Material Management:** Oversee the delivery, handling, and storage of materials on\-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and are available as needed. * **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on\-site, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders as necessary. * **Progress Monitoring:** Track and report on project progress, including daily logs, work schedules, and completion reports. * **Client Interaction:** Maintain regular communication with clients and project managers to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requirements. * **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date site documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and safety records. **Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in façade and aluminum projects, preferably in the Middle East. * **Education:** Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using construction management software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry standards. * **Leadership Skills:** Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide on\-site teams effectively. * **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. * **Problem\-Solving:** Proven problem\-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving site issues. * **Certifications:** Relevant professional certifications in construction supervision or site management are a plus.
