Coordinate with engineers and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy. Job Description We are looking for an experienced **Electrical Draftsman** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing electrical drawings for building and construction projects, with good knowledge of **Power, Lighting, Containment, Electrical Rooms, SLDs, DB Schedules, Cable Sizing, and ELV systems**. The candidate should be proficient in preparing accurate and detailed drawings and be able to coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed **electrical drawings** for construction and project requirements. * Prepare **Power, Lighting, and Containment drawings**. * Prepare detailed **Electrical Room layouts, details, and sections**. * Prepare and update **Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)**. * Prepare **DB schedules** and electrical distribution drawings. * Prepare drawings related to **cable sizing and cable routing**. * Prepare **ELV system drawings**, including: * Fire Alarm (FA) * CCTV * Access Control System (ACS) * Lighting Control System (LCS) * Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate drawings with electrical engineers and other disciplines. * Incorporate comments and revisions from consultants and clients. * Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements. * Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing\-related issues. * Maintain proper drawing revisions and project documentation. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electrical Drafting, or a related field**. * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** as an Electrical Draftsman. * Strong experience in **Power, Lighting, and Containment drawings**. * Experience preparing **Electrical Room details and sections**. * Good knowledge of **SLDs, DB schedules, and cable sizing**. * Experience preparing **ELV drawings**, particularly FA, CCTV, ACS, and LCS. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is required. * Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Qatar/GCC project experience is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
