We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented **Admin Assistant – HORECA** to support our HORECA sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés segment. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, delivery notes, and quotations * Maintain accurate records of customers, pricing, contracts, and documentation * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment * Monitor order status and follow up on pending deliveries and documents * Prepare basic reports related to sales, inventory, and customer activities * Handle email correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries * Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems * Support the team with data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks Qualifications \& Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (HORECA/FMCG experience is an advantage) * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) * Good communication skills in English * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Can join immediately/ With NOC \& Transferrable Visa What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits * Professional and supportive work environment * Opportunities for learning and growth Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Admin : 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/12/2025
