We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Sales Manager** to lead our **HVAC \& Refrigeration Spare Parts Division**. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and achieving business growth within Qatar. **Responsibilities** * Manage and expand the company’s HVAC \& refrigeration spare parts sales portfolio. * Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients. * Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts. * Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). * 5–8 years of experience in HVAC \& refrigeration spare parts sales within Qatar. * Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory). * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Must be under 35 years of age. * Good knowledge of the Qatari market and existing client network preferred.
