**Job Title:** Utilities Officer / Incharge (Kahramaa) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Utilities Officer / Incharge** to handle all matters related to **Kahramaa (Electricity and Water Authority)**. The candidate will be responsible for managing new connection applications, follow\-ups, and discounted or existing connection processes, as well as overseeing all Kahramaa\-related documentation and coordination tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle **Kahramaa applications** for new electricity and water connections. * Process and follow up on **discounted or existing connection** requests. * Coordinate with **Kahramaa departments** and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals. * Prepare and submit all required **documents and forms** for connection applications. * Manage and update **records of Kahramaa accounts, bills, and payments.** * Monitor and ensure compliance with **Kahramaa regulations and standards.** * Support management in all **utility\-related projects and correspondence.** * Handle any **disconnection, reconnection, or meter\-related issues.** * Prepare **reports** on utility usage, costs, and connection status. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years of experience** handling Kahramaa\-related work in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of **Kahramaa connection procedures and documentation.** * Valid **Qatar ID (QID)** and **NOC.** * **Qatar Driving License** required. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Salary:** Based on experience **Availability:** Candidates available to join **immediately** are preferred. **Contact:** 33432511 **Kindly send your CV to:** s.khan@aldarproperties.qa Job Type: Full\-time
