





* Develop and execute sales strategies by creating effective plans to meet or exceed sales targets focusing on customer acquisition and retention in the zone assigned. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SOHO by qualifying leads and analyzing trends to identify new sales prospects. * Build and maintain strong client relationships and suggest plans by understanding their basic needs. * Negotiate and close contracts. * Assist in resolving issues raised by existing customers in coordination with the client’s complaints rectification team. * Attend industry events and conferences and stay updated with the latest industry trends and products.
