**Test Manager – Banking domain** **Experience : 1**0\-15 Years Seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to drive testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance across banking and financial technology projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high\-quality software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and manage testing strategies, processes, and frameworks across multiple projects. * Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations. * Lead functional, automation, and non\-functional testing (performance, security, usability, resilience). * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage meets business and regulatory needs. * Monitor test metrics, KPIs, and quality gates to drive continuous improvement. * Manage defect lifecycle, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. * Build and mentor a high\-performing test team. * Ensure compliance with QA best practices and industry standards. * Drive adoption of automation tools and CI/CD integration. * Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and release teams for seamless delivery. * Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and testing\-related escalations. **Required Skills and Experience:** **Experience: 1**0\+ years in software testing, with 4\+ years in a Test Manager role **Domain**: Strong banking/financial knowledge (retail banking, payments, lending, core banking) **Tools:** Selenium, UFT, Cypress, Tosca, JMeter, LoadRunner * Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices * Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and resource management * Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing in banking * Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR15,000\.00 \- QAR16,000\.00 per month Experience: * Software Testing: 10 years (Required) * Banking domain: 3 years (Required)
