As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment customers enter the restaurant. The Restaurant Hostess will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently. **Responsibilities**: * Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. * Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate and timely seating arrangements. * Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of daily specials. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Monitor and manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. * Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain open lines of communication. * Relay important information to guests, such as wait times and daily specials. * Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations. * Maintain an organized reservation book and communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff regarding reservation details. * Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, assisting guests, and managing reservations. * Remain calm and composed during busy periods to ensure efficient operation. * Keep the hostess area clean, organized, and well\-stocked with necessary supplies. * Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. **Requirements:** * Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred) * Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
