Mentor and supervise engineering staff **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead structural design, technical reviews, and engineering teams on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead structural analysis, design, and project delivery. * Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and reports. * Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards. * Mentor and supervise engineering staff. * Coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams. * Provide technical solutions and support during construction. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage). * Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer. * Proficient in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar). * Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and structural standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
