





The ***Stores and Logistics Coordinator*** must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy. * Facilitating with entry of inventory update Physical Vs. System * Reads production schedules, inventory reports and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority * Confers with department supervisors to determine overdue material, parts and to inform supervisors of material status * Records and maintains perpetual inventory of quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed * Proper documents and materials checking for incoming and out going * Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) \& Technical Data Sheets, Material certificates, Mill Test Certificates in Synergy and destitutions to all concerned. * Co\-ordinate with SOX auditors during Stock taking * Create purchase requisitions for department utilities and consumables * Update and maintain data pertaining to stock * Create GRN’s (Goods Receipt Note) for the incoming materials. * Compliance with IMS standards * Active participation in 5S system In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager. **Note: Employee to be trained in Abu Dhabi for a few months before deploying to Qatar** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR7,000\.00 \- QAR9,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which country are you from? * Are you willing to train in Abu Dhabi for a few months?
