**Job Title: Mechanical Engineer \-Facility Management** **Location:** Duhail, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 3,500 (Full Package) **Contract Duration:** 15 Days (Extendable) **Working Days:** Saturday to Thursday **Working Hours:** 9 Hours per day (including lunch break) **About the Role** We are seeking experienced **Mechanical Engineer \-Facility Management** to join our client’s operations in Duhail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering, with proven Gulf experience in operation and maintenance. This role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards, and managing subcontractors across various trades. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct all disciplines and subcontractors in daily facility operations. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws. * Oversee operation and maintenance activities across multiple systems (AC, DC, LV, Mechanical, etc.). * Prepare and implement site\-specific QA/QC plans, checklists, and documentation as required. * Coordinate with project managers on procurement, inspections, and approvals. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * FM Certification (Preferable). * 7–10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, including a minimum of 3 years in the Gulf region. * Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. * Vast and relevant experience in asset categories including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. **Application Instructions** If you meet the above requirements and are available for an immediate start, please apply with your updated CV. ***Please note that applicants should answer the pre\-screening questions to be considered for this position*** ***THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
