We are hiring Fleet Support and IOT Engineer * Design, develop, and implement IoT solutions to optimize fleet operations, improve safety \& enhance customer experience * Install, configure, and maintain hardware \& software systems that support the Academy's learning environment * Develop custom software solutions to improve operations, including app integration/development and social media content creation * Fleet Support System Maintenance and Optimization Maintain and support fleet support systems, ensuring optimal performance \& minimal downtime * Manage and optimize fleet management systems for real\-time tracking, maintenance scheduling \& reporting * Implement preventive maintenance for EV and CNG vehicles systems * Analyze IoT data and fleet support system data to identify trends \& areas for improvement * Develop and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators \& areas for improvement * Identify FMS data trends within the Karwa Academy Fleet Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and customer service * Communicate technical information to non\-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations * Coordinate and promote the Academy with external stakeholders, suppliers, service providers \& regulatory bodies * Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IoT \& fleet support systems Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR16,000\.00 per month
