We are looking for an experienced **BMS System Supervisor** to manage, maintain, and optimize IP\-BMS systems (Honeywell, Tridium, Siemens) for projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee inspections, repairs, fault diagnosis, new installations, and programming while ensuring compliance with technical drawings, manuals, and standard procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage, maintain, and optimize IP\-BMS systems, including Honeywell, Tridium, and Siemens platforms, for commercial and residential projects. * Supervise and coordinate inspections, repairs, fault diagnosis, new installations, and system programming. * Ensure strict adherence to technical drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair activities. * Collaborate with contractors, facility teams, and project engineers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of building management systems. * Provide guidance and support to BMS technicians and other team members. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Diploma in Engineering or Science (minimum 3 years of academic study). * Proven experience in IP\-BMS system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting **(minimum 5 years).** * Strong command of English, both written and spoken. * Proficient in computer applications and relevant BMS software. * Must be currently based in Qatar and able to join immediately.
