We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Agricultural Engineer** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have **strong hands\-on experience in vegetable production, particularly tomatoes and cucumbers**, and the ability to manage and optimize greenhouse or open\-field cultivation systems. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to improve crop productivity while ensuring sustainable farming practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, manage, and monitor production plans for **tomato and cucumber crops**. * Oversee daily farm operations, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting. * Implement modern agricultural techniques to enhance yield quality and quantity. * Ensure effective utilization of resources such as water, fertilizers, and agricultural equipment. * Conduct soil analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve soil health. * Supervise field workers and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Maintain accurate records of production data, growth cycles, and farm performance. * Troubleshoot issues related to plant health, climate control, and farm machinery. * Coordinate with suppliers and management to ensure efficient farm operations. * Use precision agriculture tools and technologies to maximize productivity. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in **Agricultural Engineering** or related field. * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in vegetable production (tomatoes \& cucumbers). * Strong knowledge of **greenhouse farming, hydroponics, irrigation systems, and crop protection**. * Ability to analyze agricultural data and provide technical solutions. * Good communication and leadership skills. * **Valid Qatar Driving License** is mandatory. * Arabic\-speaking candidates are preferred.
