




**Key Responsibilities:** * Identify suppliers, compare pricing, evaluate offers, and negotiate contracts and terms. * Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and service. * Conduct market research to identify trends, new products, and alternative suppliers. * Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and align purchasing plans. * Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in procurement processes. * Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support long\-term procurement goals. * Assist in budget planning and cost control by providing procurement data and analysis. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role. * Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accuracy * Time management and organizational skills * Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities * Ethical judgment and decision\-making * Problem\-solving and critical thinking Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month
