* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering. * Minimum **3–7 years** of experience in MEP estimation (Qatar experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS). * Proficient in **AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software**. * Strong analytical and calculation skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * UPDA * Review tender documents, drawings, BOQ, and specifications. * Prepare quantity take-offs for Mechanical works. * Estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. * Request and evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations. * Prepare cost breakdown sheets and comparison summaries. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submission. * Conduct value engineering to reduce cost without affecting quality. * Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits when required. * Coordinate with procurement and project teams for updated prices. * Prepare variation, remeasurement, and cost analysis reports. * Maintain an updated price database for materials and labor.
