We are seeking a qualified **Technical Engineer** with at least 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specializing in **fit\-out and exhibition projects**. The role requires strong technical expertise in preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of high\-quality interiors and exhibition installations. The ideal candidate will be detail\-oriented, proactive, and able to bridge design with execution to deliver innovative and precise project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review IFC drawings and develop shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documentation for fit\-out and exhibition projects. * Coordinate with design, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals. * Provide technical support on\-site, resolving design conflicts and construction challenges. * Liaise with consultants, clients, and stakeholders for technical approvals and design clarifications. * Ensure fit\-out and exhibition works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Support project planning and sequencing to align technical deliverables with construction schedules. * Conduct site inspections and prepare progress, quality, and technical reports. * Assist in cost estimation, variations, and value engineering exercises related to technical scope. * Maintain knowledge of new materials, finishes, and techniques specific to interior and exhibition **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in a similar technical or coordination role. * Experience in the **construction industry** is highly preferred, with focus on **fit\-out and exhibition works**. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Familiarity with document control systems and tendering platforms. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/coordination software is an advantage. * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to read, understand, and process technical information and drawings. * High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
