Sendian Group is looking for a skilled **Recruitment Specialist** to support our growing divisions by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and a solid understanding of the Qatar labor market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. * Prepare and post job ads across various platforms. * Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple divisions. * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. * Assist in developing job descriptions and hiring strategies. * Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding procedures. * Maintain compliance with Qatar labor regulations and internal policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (in\-house or agency). * Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. * Familiarity with Qatar employment laws and visa procedures is preferred. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different sectors. * Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic. **How to Apply:** Send your CV to **careers@sendiangroup.com** or apply through our careers portal: **www.sendiangroup.com/careers** Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
