The role ensures compliance with safety standards, conducts inspections, and reduces risks by promoting a safe working environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and enforce factory safety policies and procedures. * Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness sessions. * Perform regular inspections of work areas, machinery, and equipment. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend preventive measures. * Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and incident logs. * Support emergency preparedness and response activities. * Coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with safety standards. * Report unsafe acts or conditions immediately and recommend corrective actions. **Requirements** * Diploma or relevant qualification in Occupational Health \& Safety. * Minimum **3 years of experience in steel plants, heavy industry, or manufacturing.** * Knowledge of ISO, HSE, and risk assessment procedures. * Strong communication skills for interacting with workers and management. * Ability to work in shift and high\-temperature industrial environments. * Valid certificates (NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
