To manage, supervise, and assure the quality and compliance of all outsourced landscape maintenance and operational works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and project schedules.Review and approve landscape operation design submittals. * Supervise the maintenance scope execution for all contracted landscape packages. * Conduct periodic site inspections to verify works are compliant with contract specifications. * Manage a program of integrated landscape works across multiple stakeholders and project partners. * Collaborate with Service Providers to define workable landscape solutions for maintenance and operations. * Manage Landscape Service Providers' performance, budget adherence, and schedule compliance. * Ensure follow\-up and closure on all instructions and commitments related to maintenance activities. * Review, prepare, and issue technical landscape documents (e.g., specifications, data sheets). * Review and update as\-built drawings for all landscape\-related matters. * Prepare periodic special reports summarizing landscape maintenance issues for review and approval. * Assist in preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) for landscape service provider packages.
