Stakeholder \& Client Engagement:** * Act as the primary client interface, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are strengthened. * Maintain open communication with internal departments (engineering, procurement, commissioning, QA/QC, and commercial) to ensure seamless project execution. * Provide regular project reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders. * Promote a client\-focused culture, addressing concerns proactively and building trust for future projects. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. * PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. * 12\-14 years of experience in automation, with hands\-on exposure to PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, SCADA (AVEVA preferred), and Control Panels. * 4\-5 years of proven project management experience, including multi\-discipline, high\-value projects. * Solid experience in commercial management, invoicing, and revenue realization. * Strong understanding of standards including IEC, ISA, QCS, and international best practices. **Skills \& Attributes:** * Strong technical expertise and problem\-solving capabilities in automation systems. * Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Experience in cross\-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, commissioning, QA/QC, and commercial teams. * Knowledge of digitalization in automation, including SCADA analytics, IoT integration, and automation reporting. * Middle East experience, particularly in Qatar, is an advantage. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
