Requirements * Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience (mandatory). * Strong knowledge in pastry, sourdough baking, and bakery production techniques. * Ability to create, adjust, and troubleshoot recipes as needed. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. * Passion for baking and attention to detail.
