To perform masonry works including tile fixing, block work, plastering, and repair activities for buildings and facilities. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to high quality standards and in compliance with safety guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform all types of tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite tiles. * Carry out tile cutting, shaping, leveling, and grouting with precision. * Conduct maintenance and repair works for damaged or loose tiles in various facilities. * Execute masonry works such as block laying, plastering, patching, and surface preparation. * Inspect work areas to determine required materials, measurements, and repair needs. * Mix and apply mortar, adhesives, sealants, and grouts as per project requirements. * Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of installed tiles. * Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks as assigned by the supervisor. * Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area. * Provide support to other maintenance team members when needed. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason/Tiles Fixer in maintenance or facility management. * Good knowledge of tile installation tools, adhesives, grouting materials, and cutting machines. * Ability to read drawings, measurements, and material specifications. * Strong attention to detail and finishing quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. * Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Qatari ID and transferable visa preferred.
