The butler provides customized experiences and services to meet guest needs before arrival, at check-in, throughout the stay, and at departure, in partnership with other hotel services. This includes coordinating delivery efforts and ensuring that other services supporting the butler program are equipped to meet guest needs. The butler is essential in building relationships with guests, proactively anticipating their needs, and taking appropriate action whenever possible. Butler success relies on a deep passion for service, uncompromising standards, strong coordination, and impeccable interpersonal skills. You will also be required to create a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, adhere to quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. Being part of the butler team means being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and actively engaging in your duties (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg)) without assistance). It is essential that butler team members perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable tasks assigned)—ensuring our guests are always satisfied and our business continues to thrive. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
