Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration across large\-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. * Review and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and progress payments. * Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgetary limits. * Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project efficiency. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on all commercial and contractual matters. * Prepare monthly cost and progress reports for management review. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and Qatar Construction Standards (QCS). Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 12 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction or infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control software. * UPDA/MMUP certification preferred. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
