**Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage all civil works related to building construction and interior fit\-out projects. * Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards. * Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other disciplines. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of civil activities. * Inspect site work to ensure quality and adherence to safety procedures. * Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on project status. * Resolve on\-site technical issues related to civil works. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and fit\-out projects. * Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and civil engineering practices. * Experience working in the GCC is an advantage. * Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. * Ready to join immediately or on short notice (preferred).
