**SITE FOREMAN– Architectural Construction \& Finishes** **Location:** DOHA, QATAR **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Site Foreman** with strong expertise in **architectural construction, interior fit\-out works, and finishing activities**. The ideal candidate will supervise site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain strict project timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day site activities related to architectural and finishing works (gypsum, painting, tiling, ceilings, joinery, MEP coordination, etc.) * Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project quality standards. * Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues. * Conduct inspections to ensure high\-quality finishing and adherence to safety policies. * Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requests. * Ensure site safety regulations are always followed and maintained. * Assist with material planning, quantity checks, and timely procurement. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **UPDA LICENSE (GRADE A\-C)** * **Minimum 8\-15 years** of experience as a Foreman in architectural/finishing construction. * Strong knowledge of finishing trades including joinery, painting, tiling, gypsum works and fitout. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage fast\-paced site environments. * Familiarity with safety regulations and site management procedures.
