Key Responsibilities * Assist with food preparation and mise en place. * Support the Chef de Partie during service. * Prepare and present dishes according to standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. * Properly store and handle ingredients. * Minimize food waste and maintain portion control. * Assist other kitchen sections when required.
