Opportunity to work independently and within a team. **Job Description** QTA is looking for a motivated and technically capable **IT Support** professional to join our growing team in Qatar. This role is responsible for providing first\-line technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring employees receive reliable day\-to\-day technology assistance. **Key Responsibilities** Provide first\-level IT support for hardware, software and network issues. Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and common business applications. Troubleshoot network connectivity and user access issues. Set up new user accounts, email accounts and system permissions. Perform routine system maintenance and software updates. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Escalate complex technical issues when required. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures. **Requirements** 1–2 years' experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365\. Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, TCP/IP). Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred. Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
