Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Doha facility. The successful candidate will manage inventory, supervise warehouse staff, and ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills and leadership experience in warehouse management. Key Responsibilities * **Team leadership**: Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards. * **Inventory control**: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and manage replenishment schedules. * **Shipment handling**: Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. * **Process optimization**: Implement efficient workflows to reduce errors and improve turnaround times. * **Safety compliance**: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and Qatari regulatory standards. * **Reporting**: Prepare operational reports for management on warehouse performance. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). * 4–6 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of Qatari customs and logistics regulations is an advantage.
