Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP engineering teams Shelter Group is seeking a skilled **MEP Draftsman** with proven **interior fit\-out experience** to support the design and execution of commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed\-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as\-built documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. * Develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting layouts and details. * Prepare coordinated MEP drawings for fit\-out projects. * Review IFC drawings and produce construction\-ready shop drawings. * Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP engineering teams to resolve clashes. * Prepare builders' work drawings, coordination drawings, and as\-built drawings. * Conduct site measurements and incorporate site modifications into drawings. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and company standards. * Maintain drawing revisions, records, and technical documentation. **Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an MEP Draftsman in interior fit\-out projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory); Revit MEP experience is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems. * Experience in MEP coordination and clash resolution. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Immediate joiners will have an advantage. **Apply Now:** recruitment2025doha@gmail.com Work Location: In person
