Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. **Role Description** We are seeking a **Sales Engineer** to join our Power Supply Division, specializing in **Generators and Tower Lights**. This is a full‑time role based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical solutions to customers in construction, industrial, oil \& gas, and infrastructure sectors. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to support both B2B clients and project\-based sales. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage sales of generators and tower light solutions across assigned markets and industries. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, rental companies, industrial clients, and government entities. * Provide technical consultation to customers, including product selection, specifications, and application recommendations. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with client requirements. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close sales deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long\-term partnerships and repeat business. * Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, service, and finance) for smooth project execution and order fulfillment. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic sales planning. * Track and report sales performance using CRM systems and internal reporting tools. * Support after‑sales service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical or commercial issues. * Participate in site visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and client meetings as required. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Proven experience in sales or sales engineering within: * Power generators (diesel/gas generators) * Tower lights or lighting equipment * Power equipment or industrial machinery * Strong technical understanding of power generation systems, load requirements, and equipment applications. * Demonstrated skills in: * Technical sales and solution selling * Tendering and proposal preparation * Customer relationship management (CRM) * Negotiation and closing * Problem\-solving and technical communication * Familiarity with project\-based sales and experience handling government or large\-scale tenders is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools. * Results\-driven, self\-motivated, and capable of working independently under targets. * Prior experience in construction, industrial, or trading sectors is highly preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Business degree with relevant technical experience may also be considered). * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
