Urgent !!** **DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (QAQC Deptt.)** *Minimum Requirement for Document Controller* · Should have Civil Engineering Degree or Equivalent. · Should have well versed/expert in **ACONEX and APMS**. Manage and maintain document control system. Ensure accurate tracking and organization of project documentation. · Should have ASHGHAL Projects (Roads \& Infrastructures) experience. At least 5\-7 years’ experience required. · Manage and control all project documents (incoming/outgoing) in line with project procedures. · Maintain document control systems to ensure proper filing, tracking and retrieval. · Review documents for accuracy, format and compliance before submission. · Should have good experience in RFI (Request for Information) process. Track document status (submittals, IRs, RFIs, drawings, approvals) and ensue timely follow up. · Coordinate with project QAQC teams, consultant and subcontractors on document submissions and approvals. · Prepare reports on document status and project documentation progress. · Support Audits on maintaining complete and organized records. · Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. · Proficient in COMPUTER SKILLS (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and Data Entry Software. · Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER). · Should be locally available in Qatar. · Work Location : Doha, Qatar Preferred Ashghal approved/experience candidates.
