Mentor junior analysts and support process improvements. **Senior Analyst — Job Description Role summary** Provide advanced data analysis, business insight, and strategic recommendations to inform decision\-making, improve performance, and drive business outcomes. **Key responsibilities** * Lead complex data analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities across business functions. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). * Translate business questions into analytical approaches; design experiments and A/B tests. * Build statistical and predictive models (regression, classification, time\-series) to forecast outcomes and inform strategy. * Clean, transform, and validate large datasets using SQL and scripting (Python, R). * Partner with stakeholders (product, finance, operations, marketing) to scope analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations. * Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear visualizations and narratives. * Mentor junior analysts; review code, queries, and analyses for quality and rigor. * Support process improvements, automation of routine analyses, and data governance practices. * Ensure data integrity and reproducibility of analyses; document methodologies and assumptions. **Required qualifications** * 4\+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. * Strong SQL skills; experience with relational databases and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query). * Proficiency in a scripting language for analysis (Python or R) and familiarity with libraries (pandas, scikit\-learn, tidy verse). * Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). * Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference methods. * Excellent problem\-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. * Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations and influence stakeholders. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
