Develop staff and maintain high standards of customer service **Job Title: Branch Manager – Cafe Operations** We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Branch Manager** to lead and manage the overall operations of our assigned branch. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for branch performance, staff leadership, operational excellence, and achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive a high\-performing team in a fast\-paced F\&B environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Take full ownership of the assigned branch and ensure smooth daily operations * Lead, supervise, and develop all staff under your management * Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational standards * Monitor daily sales, performance reports, and key operational KPIs * Drive sales performance and ensure consistent business growth * Conduct regular staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations * Address staff\-related issues professionally and coordinate with HR when required * Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand image * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company regulations at all times * Report branch performance updates and operational issues to senior management **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–3 years experience as a Branch Manager** in F\&B / Café / Restaurant operations * Strong leadership and people management skills * Proven ability to manage daily operations in a fast\-paced environment * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills * Strong accountability and result\-oriented mindset * Ability to lead by example and maintain discipline within the team Skills * Leadership and team management * Problem\-solving * Communication * Operational awareness * Time management **Salary Package:** * **QAR 6,000 (Full Package)** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
