Key Responsibilities **Team Leadership** Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across backend and frontend development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Technical Strategy** Define and guide system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all platforms. **Project Delivery** Oversee the end to end software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and optimization.
