Guide, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreational activities to ensure a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Communicate facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and team members. Monitor activities within recreational facilities and respond appropriately to emergencies in accordance with on-site operational procedures. Perform cashier duties when working at facilities involving sales transactions. Support group activities and events during private recreational facility events. Report to supervisors or managers if guests may be unable to participate safely in activities. Support injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Perform cleaning and maintenance of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies. Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to managers and complete required safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, safeguard confidential information, and protect company assets in accordance with company policies and procedures. Process payments for rental equipment, recreational activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
