We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager who will lead the design and execution of corporate training strategies across multiple industries. You are not just managing courses. You will work closely with leadership teams and clients to identify skill gaps, build structured learning journeys, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities **Learning Strategy Ownership** Develop and implement company wide learning and development strategies aligned with business goals **Program Design and Delivery** Create leadership, technical, and soft skills training programs for corporate clients **Team Leadership** Manage and mentor trainers and instructional designers to ensure high quality delivery **Performance Analysis** Measure training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics **Client Engagement** Work closely with clients to understand workforce needs and customize training solutions What We Are Looking For **Experience** Minimum 7 years in learning and development or corporate training with at least 2 years in a leadership role **Background** Strong experience in training program design, competency frameworks, and adult learning principles **Skills** Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills **Tools** Experience with learning management systems and digital training platforms **Mindset** Results driven, strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and improving performance Pay: QAR17,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
