We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager who will lead the design and execution of corporate training strategies across multiple industries. You are not just managing courses. Key Responsibilities **Learning Strategy Ownership** Develop and implement company wide learning and development strategies aligned with business goals **Program Design and Delivery** Create leadership, technical, and soft skills training programs for corporate clients **Team Leadership** Manage and mentor trainers and instructional designers to ensure high quality delivery **Performance Analysis** Measure training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics **Client Engagement** Work closely with clients to understand workforce needs and customize training solutions What We Are Looking For **Experience** Minimum 7 years in learning and development or corporate training with at least 2 years in a leadership role **Background** Strong experience in training program design, competency frameworks, and adult learning principles **Skills** Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills **Tools** Experience with learning management systems and digital training platforms **Mindset** Results driven, strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and improving performance Pay: QAR17,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
