Job Summary We are seeking a Localization Operations Manager to oversee localization processes, coordinate multilingual content operations, and ensure efficient delivery of localized materials. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive continuous improvements in localization quality and efficiency. Responsibilities * Manage daily localization operations and project workflows. * Coordinate with translators, vendors, and internal teams to deliver localized content. * Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and operational performance. * Maintain localization tools, processes, and documentation. * Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency. * Track project metrics and prepare operational reports. * Ensure compliance with localization guidelines and company standards. * Support cross\-functional teams on global content initiatives. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * Experience in localization, translation operations, project management, or a similar role. * Knowledge of localization workflows, translation tools, and content management systems. * Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
