Diagnose tire wear patterns and recommend corrective actions We are seeking a skilled **Alignment Technician** to join our automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing wheel alignment services, diagnosing suspension issues, and ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specifications for safety and performance. Key Responsibilities: * Perform **wheel alignment** using computerized alignment machines * Inspect and adjust **suspension and steering systems** * Diagnose tire wear patterns and recommend corrective actions * Ensure alignment angles (camber, caster, toe) are within specifications * Conduct pre\- and post\-alignment inspections * Maintain accurate service records and reports * Follow safety procedures and workshop standards * Communicate findings clearly to service advisors or customers Requirements: * Proven experience as an **Alignment Technician** or similar role * Good knowledge of automotive systems (suspension, steering, tires) * Ability to use alignment equipment and diagnostic tools * Basic computer skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment Qualifications: * Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology (preferred) * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in wheel alignment Preferred Skills: * Experience with modern alignment machines (3D alignment systems) * Problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills * Teamwork and communication skills Working Conditions: * Full\-time position * Workshop environment * May require standing for long hours Benefits (optional – you can edit): * Competitive salary * Accommodation \& transportation (if applicable) * Annual leave as per Qatar labor law Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Work Location: In person
