Coordinate with facility management and maintain operational records. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily valet operations and staff activities. * Assign duties and monitor valet drivers' performance. * Ensure safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. * Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally. * Maintain vehicle logs, key control, and operational records. * Train and guide valet staff on company procedures and customer service standards. * Coordinate with hotel, mall, restaurant, or facility management. * Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies. * Prepare reports and maintain attendance records. **Requirements:** * Valid Qatar Driving License. * Previous experience as a Valet Supervisor or Senior Valet Driver. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to handle high\-volume valet operations. * Good knowledge of vehicle handling and parking procedures. * Basic computer and reporting skills preferred Send your resume at 72046004 Whatsapp (Don't call) or email at jobsleelaak@gmail.com Work Location: In person
