




We are seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented **Events Sales Executive** to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event sales and planning within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting. You will be responsible for securing event business, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operational teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate new business leads for corporate events, social functions, weddings, meetings, and banquets * Respond to event inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and conduct site inspections * Negotiate event packages and close sales in line with revenue goals * Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of client requirements * Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals * Keep accurate records of all client interactions and event details in the CRM system * Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as needed * Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales or event coordination in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, events venue, or similar) * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing end\-to\-end event execution * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software or CRM systems * Professional appearance and client\-focused approach * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Experience: * Hospitality events and sales in GCC: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Preferred) Location: * Doha (Required)
