PLANNING ENGINEER** **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Proven experience as a Sr. Planning Engineer in Oil \& Gas Industry. * Gulf Experienced with a minimum overall experience of 10 to 15 years. * Experienced personnel in Offshore Structural Fabrication projects and EPC projects within the Oil \& Gas Division, specifically focusing on the fabrication works for Jacket, Topside, Offshore Brownfield items, Riser Stalk\-Ons etc. * Background in Mechanical Engineering. * Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control. * Familiarity with project management software and tools like Primavera P6 , SAP etc. * Strong analytical skills for cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting and EOT claims. * Ability to develop and analyze project schedules, including critical path analysis and Project Risk analysis. * Experience in Cash Flow preparation, Invoicing and Cost Reporting. * Familiarity with Earned Value Analysis. * Familiarity with Productivity Measurements. * Ability to identify and mitigate schedule risks and delays. * Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
