Our engineering teams follow best practices in CI CD and infrastructure automation. **Growth** You will have access to certifications, training programs, and opportunities to work on large scale data platforms across industries. **Key Responsibilities** **Data Platform Ownership** Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data. **End to End Data Engineering** Develop data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases. **Performance Optimization** Ensure high performance and cost efficient data processing across large datasets and distributed systems. **Data Quality and Governance** Implement data validation, monitoring, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security. **Collaboration** Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver reliable data solutions aligned with business goals. **What We Are Looking For** **Experience** 5 to 8 years of experience in data engineering or backend engineering with strong exposure to data platforms. **Technical Skills** Strong experience in Python and SQL Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Experience with Spark, Airflow, or similar tools Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts **Systems Thinking** Ability to design scalable and maintainable data architectures for high volume environments. **Communication Skills** Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders. **Mindset** You are solution oriented, detail focused, and able to balance speed with quality in a production environment.
