Collaborate with site teams and technical departments TELECOM ENGINEER – POWER / ELECTRICAL **Vacancy:** 1 **Location:** Qatar **Work Schedule:** 5 Days per Week **Salary \& Benefits:** * **Option 1:** QAR 4,750–5,000 \+ Accommodation \+ Transportation \+ Other Benefits * **Option 2:** Full Package QAR 6,000–6,500 \+ Transportation *(Accommodation not included)* Qualification * Bachelor’s Degree (**BSc.**) in **Electrical Engineering**. Experience \& Requirements * Minimum **5 years of extensive experience** in **Power Networks and electrical power systems**, particularly: * AC/DC Power Systems * UPS Systems * 48V Battery Chargers * DC Power Supply Systems * Experience working with **KAHRAMAA\-approved contractors** is highly preferred, such as: * QIECO * VOLTAGE * STATRON * Other approved contractors * Completion of relevant **electrical and 48V charger training programs**, particularly in: * Installation * Testing * Commissioning * Strong knowledge of electrical power systems supporting **telecommunication infrastructure**. * **Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.** * Fluent in **English**, both spoken and written. * Computer literate with good knowledge of **MS Office**. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot **AC/DC power systems, UPS systems, and 48V charger systems**. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom power infrastructure. * Carry out **installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting** of 48V battery charger systems. * Inspect and maintain **DC power supply systems, batteries, rectifiers, and associated equipment**. * Conduct electrical measurements and testing to verify system performance and reliability. * Diagnose electrical and power system faults and implement corrective actions. * Support commissioning and integration of power systems for **telecommunication sites and infrastructure**. * Prepare maintenance reports, test reports, commissioning documentation, and other technical records. * Coordinate with **KAHRAMAA\-approved contractors, site teams, and other technical departments** as required. * Ensure all works comply with approved procedures, electrical safety requirements, and applicable standards. * Respond to emergency power system failures and support timely restoration of telecom services.
