The ideal candidate will manage the full contract lifecycle for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and legal requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, service agreements, and change orders. * Analyse tender documents, prepare commercial and technical clarifications, and support bid submissions for civil construction projects. * Ensure all project activities comply with contract terms, specifications, and relevant standards and regulations. * Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare and manage variations, claims, EOT submissions, and related supporting documentation in coordination with project teams. * Monitor project progress versus contractual milestones and advise on potential delays and cost impacts. * Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and contemporaneous documentation in line with contract requirements. * Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments on contractual and commercial matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as Contracts/Contract Engineer in civil construction (buildings/infrastructure) within GCC preferred. * Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC), tendering, post‑contract administration, and claims. * Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and project execution. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and report‑writing skills. * MMUP/UPDA certification is an asset (for roles in Qatar) * Locally available candidates only Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR9,000\.00 \- QAR12,000\.00 per month
