Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers to ensure successful completion of projects. * Create detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software for all discipline HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumping, drainage ,..etc. * Conduct design reviews to identify and resolve any design issues or challenges. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical designs with other project components. * Develop and implement design strategies to meet project goals and objectives. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mechanical design engineering. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers in the team. * Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all design activities. Prepare and present progress reports, project plans, and budgets to stakeholders. Diversified experience in multi\-disciplinary projects, high rise, commercial, hotel, Hospitality, shopping centers, with big Engineering consultancy firms. Desired Candidate Profile: * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 15 years' experience in Mechanical Design Engineer (Minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC \- Qatar experience is mandatory). * Strong knowledge of CAD software and proficiency in creating detailed engineering designs. Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers. Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. In\-depth understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations. * Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines. * MMUP Grade A is a must. * Prefer resident in Qatar with NOC.
