**Responsibilities \& Requirements** * Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using **Primavera P6** * Establish project baselines and monitor actual progress versus planned schedules * Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts * Track cost performance, analyze schedule and cost variances, and recommend corrective actions * Collect, consolidate, and validate project data for **monthly progress reports** and management presentations * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for accurate schedule updates * Generate progress reports, look\-ahead schedules, cost forecasts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients * Support risk identification, schedule impact analysis, and develop mitigation strategies * Assist Project Manager in planning resource requirements and monitoring project performance KPIs * Ensure planning and reporting activities comply with company procedures and client requirements * **Qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in water treatment, desalination, wastewater, or water technology projects * Strong expertise in **Primavera P6** and project scheduling * Solid knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management * Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent written and verbal **English communication skills** * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail * Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross\-functional project teams * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,500\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month
