




**Core Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management**: Monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, managing stock rotation (FIFO), and identifying obsolete items. * **Receiving \& Dispatch**: Accepting deliveries, verifying quantities against orders, inspecting for damage, and preparing goods for shipment or sale. * **Storage \& Organization**: Storing items in designated, accessible locations, keeping the store/warehouse clean, tidy, and organized. * **Record Keeping**: Documenting all stock movements (receipts, issues, returns) in physical ledgers or digital systems, and generating reports. **Key Tasks** * **Stock Control**: Initiating purchase requisitions for low stock and managing maximum stock levels. * **Staff Coordination**: Supervising junior staff, delegating tasks, and training on procedures. * **Safety \& Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards for storage and handling. * **Software Proficiency**: Using inventory management or ERP systems for accurate tracking and reporting. **Essential Skills and Qualifications** * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP systems), basic mathematical skills for calculations. * **Communication Skills:** English and Arabic * **Soft Skills:** Strong attention to detail, organizational proficiency, effective communication for coordinating with suppliers and other departments, and problem\-solving abilities. * **Education:** Typically requires an Intermediate, diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience is highly preferred.
