Provide data-backed recommendations for fleet improvement **Logistics Fleet Auditor** **Impulso Pyme CR – Al Khor Coastal Road, Doha** **Monthly Salary: QAR 13,000 (Fixed)** **The Mandate** Impulso Pyme CR is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Fleet Auditor to oversee our transport operations along the Al Khor Coastal Road corridor. As our fleet scales to support regional expansion, your role is to ensure total transparency in our operations. You will be responsible for auditing fleet performance, fuel consumption, and regulatory compliance, acting as the primary guardian of our operational efficiency and fiscal integrity. **Core Responsibilities** * **Operational Auditing:** Conduct comprehensive audits of daily trip logs, fuel receipts, and maintenance records to identify discrepancies and optimize operational costs. * **Compliance Oversight:** Ensure the entire fleet adheres to Qatar’s transportation laws, including weight limits, speed regulations on the Al Khor Coastal Road, and mandatory safety certifications. * **Performance Analytics:** Review telematics and GPS data to evaluate driver behavior, route adherence, and idle times, providing data\-backed recommendations for fleet improvement. * **Cost Management:** Analyze specialized logistics expenditures, including wear\-and\-tear patterns and fuel efficiency metrics, to minimize overhead and prevent resource leakage. * **Safety Verifications:** Perform spot checks on vehicle safety equipment and driver documentation to maintain a zero\-incident culture within the logistics department. **Professional Profile** * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fleet management, logistics auditing, or transport operations. * Proven expertise in analyzing telematics data and using Fleet Management Systems (FMS). * Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret logistical data into budgetary impact reports. * Thorough knowledge of Qatar’s traffic regulations and the logistics landscape of the Northern districts. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 13,000\. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and 30 days leave. * Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding firm. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٣٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
